Each
100ml contains 5g of Dextrose Monohydrate, 234mg of Sodium Chloride,
128mg of Potassium Acetate, 32.2mg of Magnesium Acetate Tetrahydrate,
and 30mg (approx. 1.6mmol/L) of Sodium Metabisulfite.

Indication:
D5NM solution is indicated for parenteral maintenance of
routine daily fluid and electrolytes requirements with minimal
carbohydrate calories from dextrose. Magnesium in the formula may
help to prevent iatrogenic magnesium deficiency in patients
receiving prolonged parenteral therapy.
Caution:
Patient receiving corticosteroids, patient with diabetes mellitus
and heart problems
Warning:
Contains Sodium Metabisulfite, a sulfite that may cause allergic-type
reactions including anaphylactoid symptoms and life-threatening or
less severe asthmatic episodes in certain susceptible persons.
