The FDA
Director Dr. Kenneth Y. Go Hartigan is complained to Ombudsman for
alleged irregularities committed in relation to discharge of his
duties and function. A letter of complaint sent to Ombudsman by a
group named mamamaya, questioned the authority of the director of FDA
to impose regulation in (1)collecting high fees and repeated times in
paying for trainings; (2) establishment of FDA Academy; and (3)
Restructured of FDA into four Centers.
